FOX Holiday Socks
Filled Stockings must be returned by Sunday, November 30 – Have fun filling a stocking (or two) for a child in need! Every child enrolled in the Salvation Army’s Christmas Assistance Program, which includes the Angel Tree, Coats for Kids, and the Christmas Mother, receives an age-appropriate FOX Holiday Sock.
Pick up a stocking from the rack in Welcome Center and be sure to get a header with instructions. Contact Vicki Callear or Sandy Thornburg for more information.
Prison Fellowship Angel Tree
Christmas can be a difficult time of year for children whose parents are incarcerated, but thanks to the Prison Fellowship and the Angel Tree program, churches like ours can provide a pathway for parents in prison to show their love for their children during Christmas Holiday. We are excited to participate again in this program from the Prison Fellowship!
On Sunday, November 23 and Sunday, November 30, we will have angels on the tree in the Welcome Center. Come by between the 8:30 and 11:00 service, and after the 11:00 service to pick your angel.
The deadline to return the gifts is Sunday, December 7th. Presents can be returned on a Sunday or on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to help, please contact Linda Johnston.
